The VfR Nierstein 1911 e.V. and the 1stFC Schwabsburg 1958 e.v. break new ground in youth work.

Since the 2017/2018 season, both regular clubs have been concentrating their youth work in the new Rhein-Selz 2016 youth development association from G to A youth.
The parent associations and the JFV Rhein-Selz work together by mutual agreement and cooperatively.

The aim of this collaboration is to improve the quality of the youth football sector and thus also to bring well-trained young people to the active football sector of the regular clubs.
